Free Shipping Offer:

Order total must meet or exceed $100 dollars in value. UPS Ground shipping must be selected and the shipping address must be within the contiguous United States (excludes Alaska and Hawaii). Free shipping will not apply to any expedited shipping method. Offer can be cancelled at any time.

 

30 Day Money Back Guarantee:

Retrosoftware will accept returns of unopened software if the return is made within 30 days of the purchase date. The software must be in the same condition as when it was shipped. Retrosoftware will not accept returns of opened software if the software was received in a new/sealed condition. If the software was bought used/opened, we will accept a return if it meets the other conditions noted above. In some cases, we will buy back new/sealed software that has been opened. Because this software will be re-listed as used/opened you will not be offered the original purchase price. If you wish to receive a quote, please go to our sell your old software page and follow the instructions.

We will not accept returns on international orders, all sales are final.

Retrosoftware reserves the right to deny any return if we feel the software does not meet the above conditions or has been tampered with in any way. These return policies comply with industry standards.

If you want to return your software and you meet the requirements of the above return policy, please call our customer service line at 866-891-7160. We will authorize the return and you will need to fill out and return with your shipment a Return Authorization form.

Shipping Policy:

Domestic and Canada:

Depending on order volume, any orders placed after 3:00 pm Eastern Time usually ship the following business day.

UPS orders are picked up Monday thru Friday ONLY. Any orders placed after 3:00pm. Eastern Time usually ship the following day business day. UPS does NOT ship to any APO, FPO, or military bases.

UPS Next Day Air ships Monday thru Friday ONLY and only to the 50 States. There is a Saturday delivery option, to use this option you MUST Contact Customer Service first and the shipping cost will increase by $10.00 to $15.00, the amount that UPS charges for this option. Any orders placed Friday after 3:00pm. Eastern Time usually ships Monday. This option will NOT ship to Canada!

UPS 2nd Day Air ships Monday thru Friday ONLY and only to the 50 States. There is NO Saturday delivery option. Any orders placed Friday after 3:00pm. Eastern Time usually ships Monday. This option will NOT ship to Canada!

This option will ONLY ship to Canada! NOTE: Rates do not include charges for customs clearance. Customs brokerage charges, duties, and taxes will be billed to the importer (you).

NOTE: Shipments to Canada will utilize UPS Standard to Canada. **All additional shipping charges imposed will be the responsibility of the purchaser.** A recent $199 order shipped to Vancouver, BC from our shipping facility in Michigan had an additional $66.48 added to complete the delivery. UPS charges a brokerage fee along with a Canada leaving a Provincial Sales Tax & GST.

All available shipping options are presented during the checkout process and actual shipping charges plus a nominal shipping fee (to cover the cost of packing materials) will be applied to each order.

If you are shipping software to us, we strongly suggest both insurance and tracking for your shipment. We will reimburse you for the standard shipping cost up to Priority Mail level. If you choose to use express mail or an overnight shipping option, we will not reimburse the cost.

International (outside of the US and Canada):

International orders (shipment outside the USA or Canada) must meet the following requirements:
1) Your order must be approved by Customer Service before placing the order. For approval, please call or Contact Customer Service.
2) Minimum order is $100 USD excluding shipping charges.
3) The software must be legally exported to the requested country. Most Microsoft software can only be shipped to the US and Canada.
4) We will only accept a wire transfer of funds or a PayPal payment. Instructions will be given upon approval.
5) We will not honor any returns, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

UPS will act as our agent. The shipping charges may not include custom, tax or duties imposed by the receiving country. **Any Customs, tax, duties or other charges imposed will be the responsibility of the purchaser.**
